AFTERNOON...BUT CONDITIONS WILL STILL BE VERY NEAR ADVISORY CRITERIA

* WINDS...SUSTAINED WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 45 MPH
ARE LIKELY.
* IMPACTS...WINDS OF THIS MAGNITUDE WILL MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...
ESPECIALLY ON WEST TO EAST ORIENTED ROADS LIKE INTERSTATE
70...HIGHWAY 50 OR HIGHWAY 36. MOTORISTS OF HIGH PROFILE AND LIGHT
VEHICLES WILL ENCOUNTER GREATER DIFFICULTY IN DRIVING. LOOSE
OBJECTS SUCH AS GARBAGE CANS WILL BE TOSSED AROUND.
