SIGNIFICANT POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING ACROSS THE REGION TODAY.
...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON...
THE FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR
* PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN ILLINOIS...WESTERN KENTUCKY AND SOUTHEAST
MISSOURI THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON.
* WIDESPREAD MODERATE TO OCCASIONALLY HEAVY RAIN OF 1 TO 2
