* AT 244 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THAT HEAVY RAINFALL WAS PRODUCING MINOR FLOODING ACROSS THE
ADVISORY AREA. FLOODING FROM RAIN EARLIER IN THE DAY WILL COMBINE
WITH ONGOING RAINFALL AND ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT THIS
AFTERNOON.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS HEAVY RAINFALL IS CAUSING MINOR FLOODING.
LOCATIONS IN THE ADVISORY INCLUDE...ALTON...GREER...PEACE VALLEY...
ROVER...THOMASVILLE...WHITE CHURCH...WILDERNESS AND WINONA.
