SOUTHEASTERN ADAMS COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS...

* AT 422 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE
WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES OF ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS
FALLEN OVER THE PAST HOUR WITH ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN LIKELY THROUGH
EARLY THIS MORNING.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
