SHOW AN AREA SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH EMBEDDED HEAVY RAINFALL
OVER PARTS OF THE WARNED AREA. TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS FROM LAST
NIGHT THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON TODAY EXCEED 6 INCHES ACROSS PARTS OF
THE WARNED AREA. MANY ROADS REMAIN CLOSED DUE TO FLOODING ACROSS
THE AREA.
