AFTERNOON AND EVENING WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE SLEET AND SNOW TO
THE REGION.

* TIMING: PRECIPITATION WILL CONTINUE TO CHANGE FROM RAIN OVER TO
SLEET AND SNOW OVER THE REMAINDER OF THE REGION THROUGH THE LATE
AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS. A BRIEF PERIOD OF LIGHT SNOW WILL
BE POSSIBLE BEFORE THE PRECIPITATION ENDS FROM NORTHWEST TO
SOUTHEAST THIS EVENING.
* MAIN IMPACT: SLEET AND SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL GENERALLY RANGE
FROM A HALF INCH TO TWO INCHES...WITH THE HIGHER AMOUNTS MORE
LIKELY OVER THE WESTERN SECTIONS OF THE ADVISORY AREA.
* OTHER IMPACTS: ROADS ARE LIKELY TO BECOME SLICK IN SPOTS.
BRIDGES AND UNTREATED ROADS WILL BE THE MOST TREACHEROUS. AS
TEMPERATURES FALL THROUGH THE 20S TONIGHT...MORE WIDESPREAD
TRAVEL PROBLEMS ARE LIKELY TO DEVELOP. IN ADDITION...STRONG
NORTHEAST WINDS MAY GUST 30 TO 40 MPH AT TIMES TODAY. THIS
WILL CREATE WIND CHILLS NEAR 20 DEGREES BY LATE AFTERNOON.
WIND CHILLS WILL DROP WELL INTO THE TEENS TONIGHT.
