ongoing flooding from heavy rain earlier in the day Friday.

The Flash Flood Watch continues for
* Portions of East Arkansas, Southeast Missouri, and West
Tennessee, including the following areas, in East Arkansas,
Mississippi. In Southeast Missouri, Pemiscot. In West
Tennessee, Benton, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Dyer,
Gibson, Hardin, Haywood, Henderson, Henry, Lake, Lauderdale,
Madison, McNairy, Obion, Tipton, and Weakley.
* Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon
* The remnants of Tropical Depression Harvey will continue to
produce areas of moderate rainfall overnight, mainly east of
the Mississippi River. This rainfall may sufficient to sustain
ongoing flooding from heavy rain earlier in the day Friday.
* Rises in creeks and small streams may occur overnight.
