* TIMING...PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE ACROSS THE
AREA THIS EVENING. BY LATE EVENING...LIGHT SNOW IS EXPECTED TO
ENTER FAR SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI FROM THE SOUTH. THIS LIGHT
SNOW POTENTIAL WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS ON
FRIDAY.
* MAIN IMPACT...LIGHT FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL AFFECT ROADS OVER
SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI THIS EVENING...WITH LIGHT SNOW THEN
POSSIBLE FROM LATE EVENING THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. A
DUSTING TO PERHAPS AN INCH OR TWO OF SNOW ACCUMULATION WILL BE
POSSIBLE. THE BETTER CHANCES FOR THE HEAVIER ACCUMULATIONS WILL
BE OVER THE EXTREME SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF OZARK...HOWELL... AND
OREGON COUNTIES.
* OTHER IMPACTS...EVEN A LIGHT ACCUMULATION OF FREEZING DRIZZLE
OR SNOW WILL CAUSE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS. CHECK ROAD
CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU TRAVEL. REDUCE SPEED AND ALLOW FOR
INCREASED BRAKING DISTANCE.
