AT 642 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
LIGHT TO MODERATE RAINFALL ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES
THAT ONE AND A HALF TO TWO AND A HALF INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN
ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA SINCE SATURDAY EVENING...WITH THE HIGHEST
AMOUNTS NEAR THE KANSAS STATE LINE. THIS IS LIKELY RESULTING IN
MINOR FLOODING OF CREEKS AND LOW LYING AREAS.
RUNOFF FROM THIS HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING. CREEKS...
STREAMS AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS WILL BE ESPECIALLY SUSCEPTIBLE TO THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING.
