.Water levels along the lower Ohio River are fluctuating this
morning. At Owensboro and the Newburgh Dam levels are beginning
to fall, with cresting or forecast cresting anticipated at all
locations downstream. Minor flooding will continue at all locations.
The Flood Warning continues for the Ohio River at Cairo
* until further notice.
* At 11 AM Sunday the stage was 43.9 feet.
* Flood Stage is 40.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will crest near 44.3 feet by
Tuesday morning.
