AT 158 PM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED TWO TO
THREE DOZEN COUNTY ROADS WITH WATER OVER THEM WITHIN MARION COUNTY.
WITHIN LEWIS COUNTY...HIGHWAY J JUST SOUTH OF LEWISTOWN WAS
IMPASSIBLE AND UNDER WATER BUT HAS SINCE JUST REOPENED.
HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS
EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS
THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLASH FLOODING INCLUDE...CANTON...PALMYRA...
QUINCY...EWING...FALL CREEK...LA BELLE...LA
GRANGE...LEWISTOWN...MAYWOOD...PAYSON AND STEFFENVILLE.
