* TROPICAL TYPE SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE
PERIODS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN EARLY THIS MORNING. THE
COMBINATION OF HIGH RAINFALL RATES AND ALREADY SATURATED GROUND MAY
LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING.
