AREAS OF FOG HAVE DEVELOPED ACROSS PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND NORTH
CENTRAL MISSOURI EARLY THIS MORNING WITH OCCASIONAL VISIBILITIES OF A
QUARTER OF A MILE OR LESS. WHILE DENSE FOG IS NOT EXPECTED TO BE
WIDESPREAD...MOTORISTS SHOULD BE ALERT TO POTENTIAL RAPID CHANGES IN
CONDITIONS AND BE PREPARED TO ENCOUNTER AREAS WITH VISIBILITIES AS
LOW AS AN EIGHTH OF A MILE. SLOW DOWN...LEAVE EXTRA DISTANCE BETWEEN
YOU AND THE CAR AHEAD OF YOU...AND USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS.
VISIBILITIES WILL IMPROVE BY 9 AM.
