THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE MIDSOUTH THROUGH FRIDAY. THE SLOW NATURE
OF THE FRONT COUPLED WITH GULF MOISTURE WILL CAUSE HEAVY RAIN FROM
STORMS TO TRAIN OVER THE SAME AREA. MIDSOUTHERNERS SHOULD STAY
VIGILANT OF WHERE LOW WATER SPOTS ARE ON ROADWAYS AND OF CHANGING
ROAD CONDITIONS IF A FLASH FLOOD WARNING IS ISSUED FOR YOUR AREA.
