.STRENGTHENINGLOW PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO TRACK EAST ACROSS THE
ARKLATEX REGION TODAY. WINDS HAVE SHIFTED TO THE NORTH ACROSS THE
ENTIRE OUTLOOK AREA. SUSTAINED NORTHERLY WINDS OF 20 TO 35 MPH
WITH GUSTS AROUND 45 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED MUCH OF TODAY.
MEANWHILE...RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO CHANGE TO SNOW FROM NORTH TO
SOUTH THIS MORNING. WIND DRIVEN SNOW AND LOW VISIBILITIES ARE
THEREFORE EXPECTED TO CAUSE ADDITIONAL IMPACTS...ESPECIALLY ALONG
AND EAST OF THE HIGHWAY 65 CORRIDOR.

* SHORT TERM TRENDS...NORTHERLY WINDS HAVE DEVELOPED ACROSS THE
ENTIRE AREA THIS MORNING. WIND SPEEDS WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE
THIS MORNING WITH SUSTAINED WINDS BETWEEN 20 AND 35 MPH WITH
GUSTS TO AROUND 45 MPH EXPECTED THROUGH MUCH OF THIS AFTERNOON.
* TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED...ENTIRE OUTLOOK AREA THROUGH THIS
AFTERNOON BEFORE DIMINISHING AROUND SUNSET.
* WINDS...SUSTAINED NORTH WINDS OF 20 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO
AROUND 45 MPH.
* IMPACTS...CROSSWINDS ON EXPOSED ROADS MAY AFFECT HIGH PROFILE
VEHICLES. OUTDOOR OBJECTS THAT ARE NOT SECURED MAY BE BLOWN
AROUND.
WIND DRIVEN SNOW AND LOW VISIBILITIES ARE ALSO EXPECTED TO CAUSE
ADDITIONAL IMPACTS...ESPECIALLY ALONG AND EAST OF THE HIGHWAY 65
