TOTAL SNOWFALL FOR THIS EVENT WILL BE 2 TO 4 INCHES. SOME
LOCALIZED AREAS OF OVER 4 PLUS INCHES...ESPECIALLY ACROSS
JEFFERSON....VAN BUREN...SCOTLAND AND CLARK COUNTIES ARE POSSIBLE. TEMPERATURES
WELL BELOW FREEZING WILL ALLOW FOR SNOW COVERED ROADWAYS.
