AREAS OF RAIN OR A RAIN AND SNOW MIX IS CHANGING TO SNOW WITH MODERATE
SNOWFALL RATES AT TIMES THROUGH 11 AM. TEMPERATURES WILL FALL BELOW
FREEZING ALLOWING FOR SOME AREA ROADWAYS TO BECOME SNOW COVERED. MOST
LOCATIONS WILL PICK UP A HALF INCH TO POSSIBLY AROUND AN INCH BY NOON.
THE SNOWS WILL BEGIN TO DIMINISH AROUND NOON. NORTHEAST WINDS OF 15
TO 25 MPH WITH SOME GUSTS TO NEAR 30 MPH MAY ALLOW FOR MINOR DRIFTING
OF ANY SNOW. MOTORISTS MAY ENCOUNTER SLICK SPOTS AS THE TEMPERATURES
FALL BELOW FREEZING AND ON ANY SNOW COVERED ROADS.
