BOLLINGER COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MISSOURI...

* AT 233 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN MOVING INTO THE WARNED AREA. THERE IS ALREADY LINGERING
FLOODING FROM THE HEAVY RAIN EVENT THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY. ABOUT ONE HALF INCH
OF RAIN WILL FALL IN 30 MINUTES OR LESS...PRIMARILY ACROSS
BOLLINGER...STODDARD...AND WESTERN CAPE GIRARDEAU AND SCOTT
