.AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVING SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE CENTRAL
HIGH PLAINS WILL BRING LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW TO SOUTHWEST AND
SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS EARLY THIS MORNING. GUSTY NORTH WINDS WILL
RESULT IN SOME AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. THE SNOW SHOULD
BE ENDING ACROSS THE AREA BY MID MORNING.

* MAIN IMPACT...SNOW ACCUMULATING 1 TO 3 INCHES... WITH HIGHER
AMOUNTS OF 3-5 INCHES POSSIBLE ACROSS FAR SOUTHWEST KANSAS
ESPECIALLY ALONG THE OKLAHOMA BORDER.
* OTHER IMPACTS...LIGHT TO OCCASIONALLY MODERATE BLOWING AND
DRIFTING SNOW ON 20 MPH WINDS. THE BLOWING SNOW WILL CAUSE AREAS
OF REDUCED VISIBILITY ON AREA ROADS.
