WIDESPREAD AREAS OF BLOWING DUST.

SOME LOCATIONS COULD BRIEFLY BE REDUCED TO AROUND A QUARTER MILE
BRIEFLY.
* IMPACTS...DRIVERS SHOULD BE AWARE OF STRONG CROSSWINDS...AS
WELL AS THOSE PASSING NEAR GRAIN ELEVATORS. LIGHT STRUCTURAL
DAMAGE IS POSSIBLE.
