NIGHT AND GRIP ALL OF CENTRAL...AND ESPECIALLY EASTERN
KANSAS...THROUGH AROUND NOON MONDAY. TEMPERATURES WILL PLUNGE FROM
BETWEEN 10 AND 15 DEGREES EARLY SUNDAY EVENING TO BETWEEN ZERO AND
6 BELOW ZERO BY MONDAY MORNING.
HOWEVER! WITH NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS OF 10 TO 15 MPH...DANGEROUS
WIND CHILLS RANGING FROM AROUND 20 BELOW ZERO TO AROUND 10 BELOW
ARE VERY LIKELY...WITH NORTHEAST AND EASTERN KANSAS...AS WELL AS
MISSOURI...CATCHING THE BRUNT OF THIS ARCTIC INVASION.
