TEMPERATURES AND HUMIDITY WILL COMBINE TOMORROW TO BRING HEAT INDICES
TO THE HIGHEST READINGS OF THIS SUMMER SEASON. EXPECT HIGH
TEMPERATURES IN THE MIDDLE 90S WITH OPPRESSIVE HUMIDITY BY AFTERNOON
IN THE KANSAS CITY METRO AREA. HEAT INDICES WILL REACH BETWEEN 100F
AND 103F BY AROUND 400 PM.
COOLER AIR WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK
UNTIL FRIDAY. HIGHS TUESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY WILL BE IN THE MIDDLE
80S. BY FRIDAY...TEMPERATURES WILL BE BACK INTO THE MIDDLE 90S
HEADING INTO NEXT WEEKEND.
AVOID PROLONGED EXPOSURE TO THE HEAT AND HUMIDITY AND REDUCE STRENUOUS
ACTIVITY OUTDOORS. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER TO AVOID DEHYDRATION AND OTHER
