...SNOW IS WINDING DOWN ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS...
.AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WAS MOVING INTO THE SOUTHERN PLAINS
AND WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE AWAY FROM SOUTHWEST KANSAS THROUGH
TODAY. THEREFORE, THE SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO DECREASE IN AREAL
COVERAGE AND END LATER THIS MORNING.
...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST
TODAY...
* TIMING...SNOW WILL GRADUALLY TAPER OFF THROUGH NOON.
* MAIN IMPACT...SNOW ACCUMULATING 1 TO 3 INCHES.
* OTHER IMPACTS...LIGHT TO OCCASIONALLY MODERATE BLOWING AND
DRIFTING SNOW ON 20 MPH WINDS. THE BLOWING SNOW WILL CAUSE
AREAS OF REDUCED VISIBILITY ON AREA ROADS.
