VERNON COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI...
* UNTIL NOON CDT.
* AT 719 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT
BETWEEN ONE HALF INCH AND TWO INCHES OF RAIN...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
AMOUNTS...HAVE FALLEN ACROSS MUCH OF THE ADVISORY AREA. ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL IS EXPECTED THIS MORNING.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING.
CREEKS...STREAMS AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS WILL BE ESPECIALLY
