* AT 625 AM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH
FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA.
DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED BETWEEN THREE AND FIVE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
FALLEN ACROSS THE AREA...WITH ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF A
HALF AN INCH POSSIBLE.
* LOCATIONS WITHIN THE WARNING INCLUDE...
CHASE...ELLINWOOD...GREAT BEND...SILICA.
AT 625 AM CDT...BARTON COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED
NUMEROUS ROADS FLOODED IN ELLINWOOD WITH HIGHWAY 56 IMPASSIBLE FROM
HIGH WATER. NUMEROUS STALLED CARS FROM FLOODED ROADS WERE REPORTED.
