WEDNESDAY. WARM CONDITIONS COMBINED WITH DRY AIR SPREADING EAST
ACROSS SOUTHWEST KANSAS BEHIND THIS DRYLINE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON
WILL RESULT IN RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES FALLING BACK INTO THE 10
TO 15 PERCENT RANGE. THESE LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITIES ALONG WITH
GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO 25 MPH WILL CREATE A FAVORABLE
ENVIRONMENT FOR ANY OPEN FIRES TO SPREAD QUICKLY AND BE DIFFICULT
TO CONTROL.
