"Leave the country, and come under tax AND sales regulation?).... And their other option is closing the doors when regulation makes it to expensive to sell at any profit. Now where did your tax base go>>>>>>>>> Now EVERYONE at that company is out of a job, even the order desk. Yep, that's so much better. Back off, and maybe they will come back. They go for a reason. Leashing them here wont help save them,(and jobs) only hurt. Fix the reason. That's logical.

Yes,... and NO.... You assume the company has enough people to keep up with the work load now... That's a big NO... nearly every company is undermanned. It's common for middle and upper management to be doing the work of a subordinate who was let go. They are doing 80+ hours a week. A little help would be welcome.... If they could afford it. Your logic is strong, but not fully thought trough.
