Kansas Democrats say GOP legislators not focused on economy

Can I suggest removal of Scott Rothschild from reporting in this DE SOTO newspaper. He is a biased democrat and there is one inflammatory post from him after another. A reporter is supposed to be objective. He is definitely not !!

Tax increases in effect July 1st

Isn't this getting a little bit out of hand? We have the highest school district taxes in the state and now this? Beginning to wonder how people can afford to live here.

The board extended Ron Wimmer’s contract of another year. What do you think will be the most important characteristic in his successor as USD 232 superintendent ?

Focus on each child as a working adult and foster an environment where he/she will eventually become the best scientist, the best electrician, the best retail buyer, etc. in an ever-changing world. Don't ever settle for average.

Earlier this month, the De Soto City Council agreed not to rescind the ban on bicycles on 83rd Street east of Kill Creek Road until after it was resurfaced later this year. Should the ban be lifted?

All it will take will be one accident to prove that rescinding the ban is wrong. Let's not take that chance.

JoCo deputies shut down alleged identity theft ring

The Desoto business is not being investigated? This is not the first time incident of identity theft at this company.
