Cards are $10 for adults and $5 for children and if you bring six canned goods you can get another card for free. Pastor Jan Justice has also been talking about having a Hispanic ministry in De Soto, something that i think is a very good idea.

The prayer list is long again. Hattie Jo Austin's daughter has returned to her home in Georgia, I'm sorry I didn't get to meet her before she went. There were several missing from our adult Sunday School class this week. Atropia Ryes' great-grandson had surgery this past week and Birdie's mother is still not doing well. Jeff Coatney is having back surgery and Joe Bond is not doing well. Wilma Mannis' daughter has had some serious health issues and Willetta Lawhead had surgery recently as well. Sympathy goes to the family of Helen Edwards' cousin.
