Fire department calls: Dec. 16-22

The Northwest Consolidated Fire District responded to the following calls in De Soto in the last week:

  • Saturday, Dec. 17 at 8:35 a.m.: an EMS call in the 33600 block of W. 85th Street.
  • Saturday, Dec. 17 at 5:11 p.m.: an authorized controlled burn at W. 87th Street and Waverly Road.
  • Monday, Dec. 19 at 10:16 a.m.: an EMS call in the 8300 block of Osage Street.
  • Monday, Dec. 19 at 12:59 p.m.: an EMS call in the 33600 block of W. 85th Street.
  • Tuesday, Dec. 20 at 15:24 p.m.: a call to a smoke detector activation due to malfunction in the 8400 block of Kickapoo Street.
  • Wednesday, Dec. 21 at 2:34 p.m.: an EMS call in the 33300 W. 84th Street.
  • Thursday, Dec. 22 at 4:55 a.m.: an EMS call in the 8400 block of Kickapoo Street.
  • Thursday, Dec. 22 at 6:56 p.m.: an EMS call in the 8500 block of Ottawa Street.
