Methodist Mother's Day Tea
For the women of the De Soto Methodist church and their friends and family, a Mother's Day Tea was the chance to be pampered and proper for a morning. More than 30 women attended the party at the church on Saturday, May 7. The tables were set with glass vases of fresh flowers and painted teapots, all borrowed from church members, and live piano music filled the air.
