Fourth-graders at Starside celebrate Kansas Day

Starside Elementary fourth-grader Hope Walmsley glues her yellow letters spelling 'Kansas' to a piece of construction paper representing the Kansas flag on Friday, Jan. 28. Walmsley and her fellow fourth-graders have been learning about Kansas history and facts all semester as part of the state's curriculum.
