De Soto comes out on top in battle of 'Cats
The Louisburg Wildcats visited De Soto on Tuesday, Feb. 22, and lost both in boys' and girls' varsity basketball. The DHS girls had a slow first half but came back on fire in the second to win 54-39. De Soto's boys team faced more pressure from their Louisburg opponents but fought back and won a hard-earned game 40-38 in last minutes of the fourth quarter.
