Halloween Highlights

The De Soto library had a detailed Harry Potter-themed party on Friday, Oct. 29, complete with warm butterbeer. Those in attendance made wands and masks while they discussed their favorite Harry Potter books and movies and how excited they were for the new movie to come out. On Sunday, Oct. 31, neighborhoods around town were filled with costumed trick-or-treaters seeking candy. Many houses around town were decorated with cobwebs, carved pumpkins and had spooky music playing.
