Kansas City burnt ends. Nothing compares, although Oklahoma Joe’s and Zarda’s have amazing beef and pork sandwiches.

Honestly, I am not a true barbecue lover, but choose brisket when I do have it. A basic hamburger on the grill is more my speed.

A slab of ribs is my favorite as long as they fall off the bone. Tender burnt ends would be my next choice.

My favorite barbecue dish is ribs that fall off the bone.

Hands down, my favorite barbecue dish is falling-off-the-bone ribs! The meat is always tender and juicy and most flavorful.

Kansas City barbecue ribs served with grilled corn and grilled pineapple is my favorite dish.

In the last four years I have come to love pulled pork. I can't think of anything else when I look at the menu, and always order pulled pork. Love it in a sandwich or on a plate — naturally with good barbecue sauce.

Depends on what hits my fancy at the time. If it’s barbecue done well, just about anything is great.
