I think it will help providing that appropriate measures for oversight are in place prior to the distribution of any funding. That is an enormous amount of taxpayers' money to throw around with no accountability.

The stimulus bill is seriously flawed. The bill is loaded with expenditures that are simply pork projects. The spend-out rate is too slow to create the immediate stimulus needed for the economy.

I think it will be hard-working Americans that get the economy back on track, not government spending.
