What do you remember most about your first day of school?

Vicky Wheeler (Bonner Springs Elementary School teacher in ) says...
“In kindergarten I had the most beautiful teacher that smelled wonderful with a big smile. I knew then I wanted to be a teacher. As a side note, the next day, she told me if I continued to color my chickens purple, I wouldn’t pass kindergarten — but we worked it out.”
