Johnson County Sheriff's Deputy Chad Bartels blocks the eastbound Kansas Highway 10 entry lane on Lexington Avenue in De Soto after a semi-truck stalled at the top on the ramp. The ramp was closed for about two hours as its driver waited for a tow truck. Although K-10 between De Soto and Lawrence was in relatively good condition, especially its right lanes, caution was need with exiting or entering the highway on icy and snow-covered ramps.
