Thursday, January 8

No. 1 meatloaf or No. 2 oven-fried chicken, baked potato, country blend vegetables, wheat bread, plums

Friday, January 9

No. 1 baked fish with tartar sauce or No. 2 beef cutlet with gravy, wild rice, orange-glazed carrots, rye bread, vanilla pudding*.

Monday, January 12

No. 1 pork patty with gravy or No. 2 smothered steak, scalloped potatoes, herbed-seasoned spinach, wheat bread, pineapple chunks.

Tuesday, January 13

No. 1 beef stew or No. 2 chicken pot pie, chuckwagon blend, cornbread, citrus salad.

Wednesday, January 14

No. 1 oven-fried chicken or No. 2 roast beef, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans with onions, dinner roll, cake and ice cream*.

Thursday, January 16

No. 1 Polish sausage or No. 2 meatballs, new potatoes, braised cabbage, bun, hot spiced apples.

Only No. 1 available for home-delivered meal.

*Indicates diabetic substitution available

Milk and bread are served daily. Menu are subject to change.

To be eligible for Johnson County home delivered meals, a person must be homebound and older than 60 years of age. Cost is by donation only. The suggested donation/contribution is $2.50 a meal, however no one is refused service because of inability to pay. Reservations and cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
