- In a reversal of the normal trend Monday, food was coming into the De Soto Multi-Service Center. That was a good thing, said the center’s director Jodi Hancock. The flow will soon resume its routine course at a more than the normal rate with the center’s commitment to provide Thanksgiving dinners to 163 households.
