De Soto UMC youth bingo night set

The De Soto United Methodist Youth will have a Bingo Night from 6 to 9 p.m. May 31 at the church's Fellowship Hall. Proceeds from the event will help pay for the group's mission trip to Springfield, Mo., where its members will be working with Connections Handyman Services, Summer Youth Camp 2008.
The UMC youth will be working under the direction of a professional contractor to carry out necessary home repairs for low and moderate income seniors and disabled homemakers so they can continue to live independently and safely in their homes.
