Brendan Clouston and Logan Clancy took advantage of the holiday school break and last week's snow to earn extra money by shoveling driveways in the Timber Lakes subdivision. If forecasts hold, De Soto and the region will get a respite from the near monthlong grip of winter weather that produced a white Christmas.
