Friday, January 2

No. 1 beef and macaroni or No. 2 scalloped chicken, carrots with parsley, white bread, fruit compote.

Monday, January 5

No. 1 hamburger patty or No. 2 grilled chicken breast cutlet, lettuce and tomato, potato salad, braised cabbage, bun, mandarin oranges and pineapple tidbits.

Tuesday, January 6

No. 1 Salisbury steak or No. 2 pot roast, garlic mashed potatoes with gravy, Normandy vegetable blend, wheat dinner roll, ranger cookie*.

Wednesday, January 7

No. 1 chicken and noodles or No. 2 shepherd’s pie, peas with red peppers, biscuits, apricots.

Thursday, January 8

No. 1 meatloaf or No. 2 oven-fried chicken, baked potato, country blend vegetables, wheat bread, plum..

Milk and bread are served daily. Menu are subject to change.

To be eligible for Johnson County home delivered meals, a person must be homebound and older than 60 years of age. Cost is by donation only. The suggested donation/contribution is $2.50 a meal, however no one is refused service because of inability to pay. Reservations and cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
