Friday/October 5

Baked fish/tarter sauce or chicken fillet, oven fried potatoes, orange glazed carrots, rye bread, vanilla pudding, *diet vanilla pudding.

Monday/October 8

Pork cutlet w/gravy or smothered steak, scalloped potatoes, herbed seasoned spinach, wheat bread, pineapple chunks.

Tuesday/October 9

Beef stew or chicken pot pie, chuckwagon blend, cornbread, citrus salad.

Wednesday/October 10

Birthday Day. Oven fried chicken or roast beef, mashed potatoes w/gravy, green beans w/onion, dinner roll, cake and ice cream, *diet ice cream.

Thursday/October 11

Meatball sandwich or polish sausage and kraut, new potatoes braised red cabbage, bun, hot spiced apples.

Friday/October 12

Turkey w/gravy or roast pork loin, sweet potatoes, succotash, whole wheat bread, cranberry mold.

Milk and bread are served daily. Menu are subject to change.

To be eligible for Johnson County home delivered meals, a person must be homebound and older than 60 years of age. Cost is by donation only. The suggested donation/contribution is $2.50 a meal, however no one is refused service because of inability to pay. Reservations and cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
