Einstein by Walter Isaacson

November 29, 2007

A biography about one of the great minds in history and one of the most famous people of the 20th century, this is at once the personal story and the technical thinking of Albert Einstein.

If science makes you sleepy, you'll want to skim the detailed physics discussions. But if you like stories about real people, their strengths and their weaknesses, this is a book for you.

Einstein, even without knowing much about his science, was a very interesting person who not only lived through, but made history during turbulent world times.
