FCB Bank has announced the promotions of Dustin Baker and Mike Drennon at its De Soto and Overland Park locations.

Baker has been named executive vice president and regional manager for the Kansas banks. In that role, he will provide operational and lending oversight for the two locations and continue to work with the bank's commercial customers.

He has more than seven years of banking experience and has been instrumental in FCB Bank's rapid growth in eastern Kansas.

Baker has a bachelor's degree from Kansas State University and attended the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado. He is a graduate of De Soto High School and lives in De Soto with his wife and two daughters. Baker also is past president of the De Soto Chamber of Commerce and a 2004 graduate of the Leadership Shawnee program.

Mike Drennon has been named vice president and branch manager of the new bank in De Soto. He has more than 10 years of banking experience and joined FCB Bank last fall.

Drennon has a bachelor's degree from Baker University and is pursuing a master's degree in business administration. He lives in De Soto with his wife and two daughters, and is president of the De Soto Chamber of Commerce.

FCB Bank recently opened a temporary location at 33465 Lexington Avenue in De Soto while the new 7,000-square-foot bank is under construction just to the north. The Overland Park bank is located at 9820 Metcalf.
