During the 2004 segment of the boys basketball season, De Soto was able to get the shots it wanted to win games and be successful. But the attempts the Wildcats did get have come with no offensive flow, and thus De Soto is 0-5 going into the 2005 part of its slate after losses to Central Heights (61-51), Tonganoxie (43-40), Anderson County (55-49), Gardner-Edgerton (66-48) and Maranatha (54-50).
